The offices of Walsh Accountants are undergoing a huge transformation as their business is expanding and have asked us to help with their Air Con needs and we are happy to oblige, so far this is a work in progress as we work alongside their builders Dux Studio.
To date we have currently:
- Decommissioned removed and disposed of the existing old units serving Eastern tenancy 1 x Daikin 10.9kw R22, 1 x Fujitsu10kw R22 and 1 x Mitsubishi 5kw R410A.
- Decommissioned removed and disposed of old redundant ductwork from the eastside tenancy.
- Supplied and installed new flex duct complete with associated cushion box’s and diffusers to suit new office layout.
Once the builder is ready, we will then go back to install 2 NEW Hitachi 16kw split ducted units, which will service the new east tenancy fit out. We will then modify the existing Fujitsu 10kw R410A unit to service 5 new northeast offices. Both units will be integrated with an Airtouch 3 control panel.
